A code is one unique serialized identifier issued to one unit. Aggregation parents — cartons, pallets and shipments — are included free and do not count against your volume.
Yes. We cover licences and implementation for one production line for two weeks. You cover only the labels or consumables you would print anyway. There is no obligation to continue.
VeriTrace Cloud has none — you configure it yourself with our templates. VeriTrace Platform implementation starts at ₹1,50,000 depending on the number of lines and ERP integrations, and is quoted in writing before work begins.
No. Operators, supervisors, warehouse staff and distributors can all have accounts without a per-seat charge. Permission levels are controlled by role.
NEFT/RTGS, UPI and corporate cards. All invoices are GST-compliant with your GSTIN printed. Annual contracts can be paid by purchase order.
At any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated invoice; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in beyond the current cycle on monthly plans.
